At Point of No Return, we promise our clients — CEOs and their executive teams, board members, and shareholders — to accelerate their growth and realization of their vision.
We support executive teams in strategic planning and execution through a proprietary method and technological platform that maximize direction, alignment, and velocity in strategy execution.
We help them identify key value drivers, measure and predict the dollar value of strategy in real time, and align objectives at the moments that matter most.
Our clients range from 100 to 10,000 employees across all industries.
100% of our corporate revenue is recurring, and our clients remain with us over a sustained period.
Our DNA
Our team’s DNA is first and foremost rooted in building relationships of trust — among ourselves, our clients, and our business partners. This means demonstrating authenticity, empathy, and keeping our promises.
We also prioritize physical and mental well-being, which we see as key ingredients for maintaining long-term balance and performance. Finally, our actions are guided by courage — helping our clients make data-driven and AI-assisted decisions that maximize their chances of success.
Our clients’ realities are both intense and exciting; our role is to make their lives easier while helping them achieve their vision and objectives.
We don’t maintain a corporate office — we meet regularly at client offices and in various strategic off-site locations.
