Olivier is a professional specializing in artificial intelligence, combining a background in business strategy with hands-on expertise in AI technologies. He serves as Director of AI, Innovation & Product at The PNR, where he acts as a strategic and functional resource on various artificial intelligence technologies. There, he supports teams in adopting AI, oversees best practices and internal governance, and leads the development of the firm’s new platform, at the intersection of product, technology, and customer needs.
Olivier earned a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Management, specializing in business strategy, from HEC Montréal, where his research focused on the integration of generative AI into organizations—at the very moment this technology was experiencing its true boom. It was there that he combined his strategic skills with in-depth knowledge of AI, and more specifically generative AI.
He then spent the bulk of his career at KPMG, within the Data & Artificial Intelligence team, where he led major strategic engagements with clients across various sectors: AI governance and adoption, change and expectations management, as well as contributing to the establishment of the agentic practice in Quebec.
Driven by a constant curiosity about innovation, Olivier favors an agile and practical approach focused on creating sustainable and responsible value. He channels this passion into the organizations he advises, translating AI expertise into practical, structured solutions tailored to their actual needs.
