Meriem holds an MSc in Management/Strategy from ESG UQAM, a Master’s degree in Finance & Accounting from ENCG Settat, and completed an MBA exchange year at Indiana State University with a focus on Finance & Statistics.

Her career has taken her across continents and industries. From financial audits and consulting in telecom and energy, to operational performance in healthcare, to strategic coordination for international organizations, in Morocco, The DRC and now in Canada. Across these experiences, one thread has remained constant: a drive to bring financial clarity to strategic decisions and help leadership teams move with confidence.

Today, as Manager of Strategic & Financial Planning at PNR, Meriem puts that cross-sector, cross-border experience to work, supporting executive teams in translating their ambitions into structured, measurable plans. At PNR, she found the place where financial rigor and real strategy execution are not separate disciplines, but one and the same.
