Marie-Chantal Leduc holds a bachelor degree of Science from McGill University and a Master in Science (M.Sc.) in Finance from HEC Montréal. She culminates over 15 years of operational, investment and consulting experience, across several industries.
MC recently joined the PNR, after having rapidly evolved within Tetra Trust Company, Canada’s first and leading qualified trust company for the custody of digital assets. From Chief of Staff, to Head of Finance, and lastly to President of the Trust, MC worked hand in hand with the CEO in defining and executing its 2-year strategic plan, leading an important fundraise as the company expanded its business lines beyond digital asset custody.
At BlockZero Advisors – a boutique management consulting firm specialized in web3 – she supported TradFi clients in the exploration of blockchain innovation and digital assets. She supported industry leaders in strategy formulation, revenue and financial models, enterprise risk assessment and frameworks, fund raising efforts, capital structure, as well as from an operational standpoint, working closely with C-suite management.
Prior to BlockZero, MC spent most of her career at KPMG Canada, and also worked at CDPQ, one of Canada’s largest pension fund.
