Jessica Bichai
Director, Strategic and Financial Planning
Jessica holds a Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University, complemented by studies in entrepreneurship at Copenhagen Business School. She brings two decades of experience in financial services, combining financial acumen and commercial strategy.
Having built her career at leading financial institutions including TD, Wells Fargo, and GE Capital, Jessica moved through sales and finance into strategy and analytics. She defined the pricing strategy for a $4B commercial portfolio and designed sales enablement programs that elevated front-line performance. She also led the integration and business model consolidation following a major acquisition, giving her a grounded perspective on the challenges that come with growth and change.
Jessica believes that the best strategies are only as good as the people and organizations behind them. She is particularly drawn to helping businesses not just navigate periods of change and disruption, but emerge from them stronger. At The PNR, she brings that conviction to the management teams she advises, partnering with them on a broad range of business priorities with the analytical rigour and operational grounding to turn aspirations into tangible, targeted action.
