While many companies espouse these principles, few like Amazon actually put them into practice. It covers four key areas: architecture, organization, mechanisms and culture.

The WeWork IPO    Stratechery  (reading time: 15 minutes)

A lot of ink has been spilled about WeWork’s upcoming IPO. Ben Thompson provides the bull case for WeWork and uses Amazon Web Services as an analogy. Though he does conclude by stating that he wouldn’t invest, it is interesting to consider the possibility of WeWork succeeding.
