Henri Dolino is responsible for implementing Desjardins Group’s digital initiatives. He and his team collaborate with all sectors to lead the development of Desjardins mobile services, end-to-end digital experiences and various leading-edge digital solutions. As the architect of Desjardins digital strategy, Henri is one of the driving forces behind the organization’s innovation ecosystem, and guides innovation partnerships and investment strategies.
Henri Dolino began his career with Desjardins in 2006 and has, since then, spurred several key initiatives, including in Desjardins-wide strategic planning and lately in corporate strategy and marketing for the property and casualty line of business. In 2017, he spearheaded initiatives leading to Desjardins’s digital strategy for the coming years. Henri also launched and led several incubation and innovation management initiatives. Prior to joining Desjardins, he worked in the United States, France, Germany and Madagascar. Henri Dolino has an MBA from HEC Montréal and earned the title of telecommunications and network engineer in France.
